259.00 is for the basic build as shown in the picture with the standard 6 position milspec stock body. Each lower uses the Double Star AR15 Lower parts kit so we are starting with a premium lower receiver and a premium lower parts kit. Then we upgrade from there based on your choices in the drop down options.
