***The retail staff has no access to shipping status or verification of availability of parts.

The shipping and warehouse staff hours for answering phone inquiries are Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 3:00PM.

During these times we can help answer those questions if email options aren't available for you. We don't have the shipping / warehouse staff accept phone calls after 3:00 central to allow them to focus on shipping product since our pickup times for UPS and FedEx are close to that time.
