Ejection Port Cover Assembly Spring ONLY

I had to give this only 2 stars because although it does do what it's supposed to do, as a retro builder a BLACK cover spring is not good. I think these are Nitride coated or some other special coating because my Navel Jelly won't touch it. I'll try some other forms of acid and then the grinder brush. I may be wrong but I'm guessing the return on these 4 springs, at $1 each, wouldn't be worth it. Had the description and/or the picture been correct on this item, I wouldn't have bought them and therefore not had to mess with them.
