To
Disassemble for Periodic Cleaning:
1.
Loosen set screw #1
2. Loosen and remove screw #2.
3. Carefully
remove spring and detent ball.
4. Remove gas adjustment screw
#3.
5. Soak in cleaning solvent.

I used one of these on a 6.5 Grendel. I planned on using a silencer so these kind of gas blocks work best. I have been using Syrac adj. blocks, but I like these better. They are less money and made better. You can also take it apart for cleaning.
Even if you are not running a silencer you can regulate gas for a much softer shooting rifle with less wear and tear.
