Not worth the metal its made out of

I ordered this part from JSE Surplus on the advise of a good friend that had one for his particular lower(not a QC10). Upon receiving it I was very excited to say the least cause t that point I had a 1000.00 paper weight. when attempting to put the part on it is not a drop in part as I had thought and that was explained to me from the friend. It had to be fitted, I thought no problem I have had to fit a lot tougher things before. So a filing I went to make it fit, got it all done and ready to go in and then I noticed two things. One the KNS pin (which it claims to work with) will not allow full travel rearward of the lever. Two the mag catch inside the mag well is too long and would require filing down too. Now, having spent an hour already trial and error to file and fit I had no desire to pursue this adventure any further. So I got the old part back out found a 10 lb spring from Wolff that was a left over from a Ruger SP101 trigger job cut to fit and son of a gun it worked. Not trying to rain on the parade but it just doesn't fit right nor does it work as advertised right out of the package.
