The AXTS Raptor SD is an ambidextrous charging handle that utilizes the same design as the original raptor charging handle. The SD however is optimized for suppressed weapons platforms as it is designed to redirect gas and minimize blowback from the upper receiver. This patent-pending ported shaft of the charging handle is what allows the venting to take place. This obviously allows for a much more enjoyable experience while shooting suppressed. Made from 7075 T6 Aluminum and featuring a type III hard coat anodized finish the SD is tough enough for any test.
