This is a great addition to your Gen4 17, 19, 22, 23, 31, 32, 34, or 35 Golck model of pistols as well as the Gen5 G17 & G19. This grip tool for Glock models chambered in 9mm, .40 S&W, or .357 SIG, includes a base insert that snaps withing the frame of the pistol and 2 take down tools you can choose from. Select the tool that you would like to take with you and simply stow; either a tool for use with the back straps or one takedown tool for use without the backstraps. This kit is a quick and handy method of field stripping your firearm in any situation. These stainless steel takedown tools (similar to factory Glock tool) is conveniently stowed in the pistol grip cavity, enabling the shooter to field strip the weapon for proper cleaning and maintenance. Access to the tool is easy, just remove the magazine, lock the slide back and pull the tool free from the pistol grip. Due to the unique shape of the tool, clean speed reloads are quicker to accomplish. The tool acts as a 'ramp' and a positive index point for rapid, accurate magazine insertion as well as sealing off the grip cavity to prevent dirt, sand, and mud from entering the trigger control components that could possibly disable the weapon.

Possessing all of the features of the original Gen3 grip tool from TangoDown, this tool allows the use of Gen4 factory Glock pistol frame back straps. The kit consists of 3 parts, a base insert and 2 tools. Simply snap the insert into the pistol frame cavity, and select the tool you choose to carry. One is for use WITH the back straps, and one is for use WITHOUT. Installation is that simple and secure.
