fix any 9mmAR problems

This buffer fixes two common problems for 9mmAR builds: It is longer, thus preventing your BCG from recoiling completely into the back of your buffer tube before slamming forward into your bolt catch. It's also heavier than normal and thus does not move as fast as a normal buffer during blowback, the effect being less gas blown in your face. Very solid for the price!
